Piseogs the madness of being Irish, Bathing Superstition 1

It is considered unlucky to have a bath on New Years day, if you do, you will wash a friend away.

Nothing to do with the fact, you had a skinfull the night before and said or did something you shouldn't have.

Hi, Paz ...
I've enjoyed reading your blog this evening. I've long been interested in the myths, legends and superstitions of Ireland, and you've given me plenty to muse over. Thanks for that, and for your many lovely photos. I'm looking forward to reading more in the future.
Best to you,
Wren

I have loved looking at your photo's and reading the superstitions. I have been here for about two hours seeing and reading lol. Thank you.

Thanks also for giving permission to use your pics, which I will take you up on, and no worries i won't be publishing them, just showing some to group of friends.
